Students planning to apply to the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy must complete a minimum of 90 credits of specified general education coursework including composition, biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, economics, psychology, and sociology to be eligible for admission. The admission process is selective. The criteria used to evaluate and select applicants for admission include the student's educational background and GPA, oral and written communication skills, and letters of recommendation. Applications should be filed between October 1 and February 1 of the preceding academic year for entry to the professional program the following fall quarter. Early application is recommended.
